Also, maybe we should have different sects of the army. Specialized jobs and things like that. Maybe an Intelligence Group, a Support Staff, and the actual army.
There is Supreme Commander, Superior Commander, Grand Martial General, the rest are nameless troops who are completely subservient to their superiors.
