As If I Couldn't Get Worse at D/P

Last night around 10 PM, after 50+ hours of gameplay, I finally made it to the Pokemon League. Then, I entered Victory Road. I flew through it since I had a Smoke Ball equipped and my Pokemon were able to defeat all the other trainers.

The instant I got out of victory road, my thumb slipped and my game shut off. *Massive breakdown*

I took a deep breath and tried again. After turning on some calming music, I completed Victory road again (This time collecting some TM's). But, once again, my DS hates me. The battery decided to convieantly run out of power right when I was saving.

Now I was mad. This was the easiest Victory Road in history, but my DS was against me all the way. So I plugged it in, and got through it a THRID time. Now my dog decides to jump on me and my thumb slips again.

And guess what? My DS turned off AGAIN! I kicked my dog out of the room and finally made through victory road without an incident besides the fact that I kept using the wrong Pokemon despite knowing what every trainer had.


God, I’m NEVER entering that place ever again...

(It took over two hours and 60 songs on my iPod to finish it. But at least it’s over with now.)

Poor poor Pichubro....I offer my condolences. It's really awful when you accomplish something and then the game offs.

Poor Pichubro. I know how it feels. Yesterday I was training my Marill and evolved her into a Azumarill and then my game fucked up so I have to do it again today.

I just got a psp, and I thought, "oh, if I put the switch on hold, it'll still be running but it won't get jostled if I accidentally press some buttons." wrong. my two hours of training on the game went down the drain

I don't know anything about the psp and i'm heard some of the game's camera functions are hard to control with it. ( Ratchet and clank- size matters, Starwars Battlefront 2)

the camera controls on this game aren't bad at all. it's just my own stupidity that got in the way

now I have to train again on that game, and ahaghhg it takes FOREVER to level up in the game

Xplay is one of my favorite shows. Adam is a funny man, but Morgan cracks me up every time.

i think D/p got 4 pokeballs out of 5 with them.

Yep. I watch them because ratings of five make more sense, and they add humor to their reviews. I once watched a IGN review and I was half asleep by the end.

IGN is terrible. I only like the hd quality game trailers. Xplay has a very humorous addition in their reviews, which i love. And my future game purchases will always rely on their review.

X-Play is awesome. I don't get the channel any more though.

And pichubro, don't feel too bad, I once hatched two eevees (you know how long that takes?) and I accidentally used my master ball on something stupid, so I shut off my game and when it came back on, one eevee was back in egg form and the other hadn't even been picked up from the day care yet.

I've once beat all of Halo 2 on Legendary in one sitting then a thunder storm randomly appeared and turned off the Xbox. Now that sucks.

I played Pokemon 6 hours straight and then it froze on me..
I stared at it for 10 minutes then cried.

Once when I was playing Jet Set Radio Future my mom walked by and pulled the cord out of the Xbox by accident.. lol.
I got so mad at her, I used to /never/ save until I was done.
I'm extremely paranoid about saving now, heh. XD
And some advice, don't keep the power cords where people walk, ahaha.

Yes I did. Now I save every few minutes or so. I'm not going through that kind of dissappointment again.

I hate D/p because the way to battle ( pokeballs, items, pokemon, fight) layout isnt the same.

I broke my friend's DS playing Pearl. It's still playable, but the hinges are damaged and its hard to hold straight.
