My dad left this on my bed one day when I woke up, and I'm left confused and frightened. Mind you this was back in the day when my scanner worked, and I scanned the picture up, but only found it again until just now.
What the hell does this mean? I still have no idea

Something tells me Ripdo doesn't have very good handwriting. I've met a lot of people with atrocious spelling and grammar skills who have bad penmanship to boot.
