Nope. The series solved nothing. They're still looking for the shards, Naraku is still alive and Inuyasha and Kagome are still in early-loving moods.

yeah, I've heard the series solved absolutely nothing after about 400 episodes. I only watched a few episodes and wasn't incredibly impressed, though I did like that priest guy Miroku.

400 episodes?

I think it was more around 170, but that doesn't make it any less annoying that the story is the same thoughout the whole thing.

Its not actually, after you get near the end it starts to get interesting, like naraku's new body, his sons new body, completely new transformations, inuyasha turnin full demon.

Yeah, I just finished a show today and was livid about the ending since it gave relatively no closure about any issue except for one. It actually puts me in a bad mood when that happens.

video games with ambiguous endings are far worse because you spend hours and hours slaving away on them and then you never get a conclusive ending.
