Who hates the new voices??

Same here. It's gotten to the point where Ash sounds as much like a dork as he really is so it all balances out. And the corny dialogue is funnier than ever.

Ash's new voice sounds like he's trying to talk with a whole coconut stuck in his windpipe. May sounds like a prep. Max... his is just weird. Okay, I hate 'em all!

Now I want to hear all of them, I haven't heard their new voices.

I think they are all very poor!
They should have hired impressionists to do the voice overs so they would sound like the old voices, and then got the impressionists acting coaches!
And because Misty and Jessie were voiced by the same person,
as were James and Brock, it's all fallen apart.
And the person who voices Max sounds like a lot of characters that have appeared over the series.
like in Season 1, the Pokémon school with that little kid on the treadmill in the fog, with a Pidgey.
And mikey in the Eevee episode also in Season 1!

Etc, etc!

The only characters who still sound decent are Brock, and Team Rocket. Everyone else is a brainless zombie

So would somebody please tell me at which point in both the voices change?

I don't watch the show anymore so it doesn't matter to me. but the original voices were pretty horrible as it was. james was the only one with a voice that suited him.

I think it's still a woman who does it. Apparently after 10 years of being on that show Ash's testicles still haven't dropped. Maybe he has Klinefelter's syndrome...

Ash sounds like he's eight
May was more annoying than ever
Brock hasn't changed much, but there's a difference
Max was more annoying
Jessie sounds like she's on constantly high crack
Meowth is far more annoying
James must be taking a higher dose of crack than before

and Ash is still voiced by a woman in the English dub, by Sarah Natochenny from New York.

On the same site I read the thing about Ash's voice being taken over by another American actress it said that friends of Veronica Taylor have said she is devastated by the recasting...

I don't blame her. VT was Ash's voice first and worked hard to perfect it.

All the new voices suck huge eggs.

Ash sounds like a really little boy, or maybe just a girl.
May sounds like Nurse joy. Who sounds like a ditzball.
Brock just sounds screwy.
Max sounds like a ginormous geek.
Meowth now sounds like he's got some sort of rough-textured fungus growing in his throat.
Jessi just sounds stupid.
James sounds much more gay.

And the whole thing just kinda sucks.

Pokemon was sold over to a new company. Therefore, none of the voice actors could do the voices anymore.

Watch the later epsiodes. The VA almost sound like the old voices.

Ironically, after watching a new episode, I watched epsiode 10 of the original series and they sounded the same...

UGH new companies! Why are all the companies merging and all the good, old things that I remember from when I was a kid going away?! I mean, half the time it's stuff that doesn't even need to be changed! Like those damned voices!
