How do you catch the three legendery Pokemon?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Hi all, ive recently hunted out my old pokemon crystal and in two days ive completed the game, although i havent got ALL the pokemon.

Id like to try and get the other two legendery dogs. So that i can catch ho-ho. So i can catch the rest of the unknown!
