I see no 'Edit Avatar' option in the User Control area.

Im pretty sure I could spot the words 'Edit Avatar' if it was on that list, but it isn't. End of story. Any of the admin's know what the problem is? It's not my eyesight.

user cp > edit avatar > use custom avatar isnt there? not saying you have shit eye sight im trying to figure out if you have the permissions to use avatars, which you should.

The option isn't there. I've searched the entire panel. It's possible that you forgot to give this particular moderator usergroup avatar permissions - I don't see what else the problem might be.

yea supermods had no custom avatar option turned on, so i changed it. if it still doesn't work lemme know.
