Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: useful friends/partners to take with?

What are some good, recruitable friends/rescue partners to take with on missions? These are the Pokemon I have recruited so far. Keep in mind that you can't choose which Pokemon will want to join your rescue team so these are just random Pokemon that joined.

Ditto, Lvl 25
Zigzagoon, Lvl 7
Shroomish, Lvl 9
Minun, Lvl 3
Murkrow, Lvl 16

I have just finished the Great Canyon dungeon and am about to start the next one. I have saved and next I talk to Wiscash to hear an old legend. Keep that in mind, and also, which of these Pokemon that I have recruited would be really useful once leveled up enough? Thanks.

Oh, and if it's not too much trouble, could someone please list all the recruitable Pokemon up to this point so I don't keep repeating dungeons thinking there are Pokemon that can be recruited when there aren't any new ones? Thanks.
