You know what rocked aobut old PD? You could post every second. Such as in the Mex's 3000th post party thread. You could literay refresh and there was a new post. Then you could use quick reply and have a whole page of posts in five minutes.


That thread grew to like 10 pages in less than two hours.

I think what your teacher is doing is teaching you the... What's the word?... Improper/slang way? Such as we say "What's up?" even though that doesn't make sense to non-native English speakers.
