    Well don't just expect everyone to take to you at once boy! Get out there and make some posts... post around here, and try the SPAM forum. talk to people on here, and you're bound to make some friends sooner or later. Even the people who are... not so cool. Even they can find someone to be friends around here. So you shouldn't have much trouble.
