Because people are lazy? The only RP which I postholded and haven't made a profile for is Geonicide, and that's partly because I'm not that interested. I've made profiles for all the others and none have started. I'm really begining to lose heart.

although if i we put down an iron fist about it, that either might make people post their profiles without postholding, or it might sway them into not posting.

Well, I'm not from around here, and I'm new, but I don't see much point in postholding. You can either post your profile or not.. what's the point in wasting lines in the RP just to say you plan to put something up someday?
Not saying anythings wrong with it, just that it doesn't seem to have much use.
