Leaf Green Five Island Team Rocket Warehouse

Hello all,

My son and I are playing Pokemon Leaf Green and we are stuck on this arrow puzzle on Five Island at the Team Rocket Warehouse.

We are going in circles and we just can't figure out what we're supposed to do or how we're supposed to get through this puzzle to fight the scientist.

Can anyone please walk us through this step by step from when we walk in the door. The first arrow is to the left....

....and then what?

where did u get the second password for the warehouse? please tell me

you get the second password from dotted hole :first, open the door with cut then go in the north hole then left then right last but not least you goto the bottom you find the gem there but a scientist take it and tells you the password

I thought it was up, left, down, right? Aslo it's nice to know that I am not the only mother that likes this game.
