"STAR WARS" was some kind of satellite system to shoot down missles launched. it was probably unrealisticly advanced especially for the time but there was nothing wrong with the theory. he peacfully ended the cold war, was a badass, and expanded the economy with little inflation. i dont know what the "trinkle down" effect is but it sounds like LIBERAL MUMBOJUMBO!!!!
