Trainers that can read pokemon minds
Pokedex has a "cancel" button to stop evolutions
Main character wins the tournament
and the Elite Four having a god-complex

I'd read the manga if I could find it in English. I like the show better though, because the show is the first anime I've seen that's not violent. What I also mean by violent is: No one is trying to take over the world, no one gets killed in the show, it's a great show. I just love shows with a good story and no violence. I just hate violence in cartoons.
