Seeing as Shaymin, Darkrai and Arceus aren't actually released yet, your ones are hacked, which doesn't count, so no, you haven't.
Well unless some of those are from Japan... a good way you can tell for sure is that the legends that were given away at an event would be in the Cherish ball. By the way the Cherish ball prevents the Pokemon form being traded in the GTS so...
