    i could beat chikara.

    IV is individual values, which the Pokemon is born with a number between 1-31 in each stat, which is added on to the total at level 100 and affects Hidden Power. EVs are effort values, which a Pokemon earns 1, 2 or 3 points towards a particular stat towards any Pokemon, and 4 is a stat point which is added at Level 100. Pokemon gain EVs accidentally.

    This could be counted as protecting Stardust, but you think you can take on the self-proclaimed king?

    Which town has the most people in the video games? People as in sprites that are present.
