Nocturne's avatar isn't cool. It doesn't even look like a real wooper. It looks like a wooper combined with a Ditto and untill that Pokemon evolves (and if it does) it won't be very powerful because without the aid of cheats Wooper and Ditto are both weak in comparison to many Pokemon.
