You write a caption for a picture.
Say I have this picture () and somebody tells me to write a caption for it.
I'd probably do:
Misty: IT'S TIME TO EAT! *rings gong*
Ash: WHAT? HUH
Something like that. Other people would write captions (but better and funnier) and I would choose the winner.
