Personally I'd say they're better.
Nas is about two hundred times better than Snoop. He's also a better pure rapper than Tupac, but it's debatable that pac is a better songwriter.

I just went to Youtube, and saw he made that song 'I can' I loved that song.
So I'll give you benefit of the doubt and listen to a few more of his songs, besides the one I've heard on the radio.
