Personally, I don't believe in hell. It's just something people scare us with, saying we'll go there if we're bad. I do believe in heaven, but you won't reach it until you fulfill what you were "destined" to do on earth. If not, then reincarnation kicks in, and you probably devolve. Like say you were human, and you didn't do right. Then you'll be born again but as a dog or a cat.

How is that devolving? Dogs and cats for the most part live better lives than people do.
Here's a thought. Supposedly animals can't get into heaven. But what if they're reincarnated into people? Will you meet that cat you were so fond of as a 7 year old until the 'accident' as a hot Venezuelan chick at the pearly gates?

Here's a more interesting thought: How do you know who wou'll be when you go to heaven? If a soul goes round and round, presumably it'll have a whole list of people it's been, people it's loved, and people it hates. It'd be a convoluted mess.
And that's the reason why I don't believe in fake, impossible shit. You run into obstacles that you have to make up more unbelievable shit to make it into a neat cool little religion.

As an Agnostic, I believe that man cannot even grasp this concept of an afterlife. Ultimately, no one knows; but I am curious about what will happen.

I was just thinking: If reincarnation does exist, that means I was once an old female or male or anything, right?
I use to believe in reincarnation, when I was your age.
But it's a pretty unbelievably impractical theory.
Actually reincarnation wouldn't have an effect on the physical universe (provided you accept that not everything has been reincarnated yet; the number of living things has increased overall, therefore new souls must be created), because a reincarnated soul knows nothing of its past. Therefore reincaration only affects the afterlife.
We can't really know until we die, right? Damnit, you guys will find out before me
