Pikachu is strong against Starmie, but weak against Onix.
Charmander is weak agianst Starmie and Onix.
Mankey is strong against Onix and weak against Starmie (because Starmie's Water/Psychic).
Since the poll question says "Who would win out of these Pokemon?" I'm presuming they would all battling against each other.
I didn't want to make it easy. I decided by thinking how fast each would get beat depending on how many pokemon were strong against who.
They all pretty much suck...

Well Im just saying Charmander because i heart fire. I think Starmie would have the best chance, seeing that it had both water and psychic attacks and all of the pokemon are the same level.
My heart says Pikachu but my brain says Starmie.
Because Starmie being both Water and Psychic could beat Onix, Mankey and Charmander. It would have some trouble against Pikachu of course but it can always use Psychic attacks and the exasperating Recover!
But maybe I'm reading too much into it

I like lucario but out of those five as long as it knows brick break pikachu would definitely win(I'd hug a pokemon but i don't want to be electricuted or kicked clear across the room)

Assuming they're all the same level or something, I guess Starmie. It's at the top of it's evo chain and I think it'd be faster than Pikachu and easily the rest. Plus it could learn mad moves including recover.
Starmie. Same reasons as those aforementioned.
Espeon, duh. Starmie comes in second to Espy.

espeon is in the top three/four psychics in my book. you want a psychic type espeon or alakazam is the way to go.
ok I think starmie would win because it has recover and a wide variety of moves it can learn such as ice beam surf psychic and thunder bolt.
