Blue Tent?? Help me please!

Hi! I'm very new to the world Pokémon but am now totally hooked. I recently picked up a copy of Pokemon Sapphire for my aged GBA and have clocked up over 70 hours of play time with no problems...

Until now...

I've just bested the Trick master for the last time and he rewarded me with a 'Blue Tent'? He claimed to send it to my PC so of i rushed off to the PokéCentre to admire and wonder over my prize.

But it wasn't there!!!

I haven't saved and I could beat him again if this was a bug.

Can anyone explain my 'blue tent' mystery?

It's a decoration for a secret base, so you won't see it in a pc at home or in a pokecenter
