The strategy is to get Dragonite ex and Flygon ex running ASAP!!! Yanma to HELP set up Flygon ex's Psychic Pulse with 20 dmg to every pkmn on the opponent's side. Also, it helps take down metanite. With 20 to everything, Dragonite and Metagross are only one Dragon Roar away from a KO. Multiple attacks from Yanma could score early KOs from benched basics. Battle frontier and Holon legacy are to help take down metanite and set them up for Dragon Roar.

Flygon δ is in there to set up energy along with power tree and Mr. Stone's project to get them from the discard pile if power tree isnt up.

Dunsparce is in there just in case I could use it for the confusion...

I think you've got a good strategy going on, but maybe a few too many trainers. You can't do early knockouts if you draw Dragonair, Dunsparce, and a ton of trainers. I think your deck setup is excellent though, and when i find my cards that my brother lost, Im up for grabs on dueling. *punches little brother in the face really hard-like*
