How do you get the eon ticket, old sea map etc

well i live in a place where there kind of isnt any nintendo events i dont think. (im in new zealand) and i wnt to be able to catch mew, lugia and everything on my pokemon emerald game but i cant. can anyone help me. (i do not have a action replay or a gameshark so take those ideas out or tell me where to buy one.)

It shouldn't be hard for you to find the ActionReplay or Gameshark device. There really isn't other way to catch them, except perhaps to exchange the pokémons with some friend of yours. Try searching for the GameShark or ActionReplay at the place where you got your pokémon version.

you can get them of things like ebay sometimes but i heard that you can get them from certain gaming shops
