global warming dries up water supplies and causes drought. this is happening already to some extent. i dont know why this is difficult to understand.

Water doesn't just dry up+.+ It can get frozen or evaporated, in which case you take a cooling machine(like an airplane that sprays cool shit in the air) and walla the "dryed up" water comes back down. Or you take a heating machine, and walla the iced up water comes down. It really will be that simple when global warming starts hitting...
