Why shouldn't I use my masterball to catch diagla?

Erh... I don't know if you're actually joking but I've never try without the master ball because I always thought that it has to be catch with this specific ball.

Should I understand that there is no pokémon in the P/D version that MUST be catch with the master ball? ^^.
