    ok ive been to all 3 islands, cahght moltres, saved the little girl and bill still won take me back to cinnabar island !!!! he keeps telling me to go for a stroll a while longer...i go for a stroll and come back to the pokemon center and he still keeps telling me to go for a stroll !!!!!!! help plz

    If i recall, you can back to Cinnabar Island on your own, if I RECALL.
