You can't link up 2nd to 3rd unless it's leaf green/fire red
then I suppose it will work but you can't link them together because
they have 2 different game cartridge design

then how are you supposed to get lugia/ho-oh?

Go to a Nintendo event leaf green and fire red they are in navel rock

Lugia/Ho-oh-navel rock or trade from Pokemon XD and coliseum


Deoxys- birth island(game varies the form of deoxys)

Rayquaza- Sky tower

groudon and kyogre- not sure

mewtwo- cerulean cave

mew- can't remember

articuno- seafoam island

moltres- mt.blaze

zapdos- power plant
