    Ok Blissey has incredible health as we all know also great defense I believe
    but it learns a lot TM/HM's so I would think sp.attack would be raised I think it would be an EXTREMELY good pokemon do you agree?

    well of course it is!mine's at level 39 and has better hp than a lvl 70! but it's attack sucks..........

    Blissey does have overwhelming heatlh, but that counts for nothing seeing as it has shocking physical defence; i knocked out a level 53 blissey wiv a level 27 phanpy in 2 hits. But it does have awsome healing abilities i must say
