Avatar: 3/10, I can't handle the white border, it would be better off with red or black.
Signature: 8/10, the banner has a nice Japanese theme, and it really personalizes your post to make it look real original and worth viewing. Although the different colored pair names can be reduced to darker colors. Brightness glaring from your banner and pair list at the same time distracts more than attracts. Also, don't center your pair list and keep your banner to the left. I've told multiple people, everything looks a lot better being set to the same alignment.
