    In line with the new stimulus package of PokéDream forums, anybody who insults newbies will be banned for 50 minutes per newbie insulted.

    To be honest, when was the last time this happened? I remember some of the cosmo people talked behind annie's back, but thats it, I haven't seen much hatred in months.

    I don't mean if you lightly make fun of someone's flaws, I mean if you open fire on newbs in a hostile way then it will not be tolerated...at one time, this wouldn't apply, but considering we have such a shortage of newbs it would be helpful to get a healthy supply without them being scared away instantly. On other forums it would probably fall under the classification of being a dick and using expletives, something which is not allowed.
