Ruby/Sapphire - Personalities Guide

In Ruby and Sapphire, all Pokemon have what is called Personalities. They can affect the stats of a Pokemon. For example, an Adamant Pokemon would have its Attack increased and Special Defense lowered. Some of these Personalities affect nothing at all. If it does affect a type of stat, it will either increase by 10% or decrease by 10%.
