After receiving the Freeze Badge from Brycen, go to the west so you can exit.

Outside, you'll find Cheren and Bianca outside. Brycen soon comes and the Shadow Triad follows, saying Ghetsis and N are waiting in Dragonspiral Tower.
After you regain control, you can go north to Dragonspiral Tower. Be sure to heal first.
However... with Surf now on one of your Pokemon (it should be by NOW), we can do some optional searching, which also results in catching two legendaries. If you would wish to skip this, go far below to the Dragonspiral Tower section.
THE BIG OPTIONAL SECTION BEGINS HERE!
Firstly, get an empty slot in your party. Then Fly to Nuvema Town.
Nuvema Town
Heal your Pokemon at your mother's if needed, then exit north onto Route 1.
Route 1

Go along the Route and you'll eventually find a set of stairs on the west side, bordered by some water. Surf on it and go west and south until you find some land.
Land and go west; you'll soon find a Max Ether (heals all of the PP of a move). Then head east to find and battle a Pokemon Ranger, who will give you a Persim Berry after winning (heals confusion). Go southwest and you'll find a Fisherman, with another Pokemon Ranger to the south (win = Persim Berry).
That's it for this Route; go west to Route 17.

Go west onto and the Surf onto the sandbar. Battle the Fisherman, then grab the nearby TM06 (Toxic). Then go southwest, around the rocks, to find a Swimmer for battling. Go south from her to find some water currents. Get into the middle one. When you stop, go southeast and battle the Swimmer, then go north and east to find a DeepSeaTooth (boosts Clamperl's Special Attack; will make it evolve into Huntail if held when traded).
Return to the three currents from earlier and take the bottom one onto Route 18.

When you arrive, land and go up the stairways and you'll soon be able to go against a Hiker. After the battle, go northwest through the grass and you will find a house. The Pokemon Ranger inside can give you a Pokemon Egg that will hatch into Larvesta (Fire/Bug type; evolves at Lv. 59 to Volcorona). The blue-haired girl inside will also heal your Pokemon.
Go back outside and continue along the path to find a Backpacker to battle. Then go south and over the bridge. Use Strength to move the boulder and go into the grass to pick up the Max Elixir (heals all 4 moves' PP completely). Go down the stairs to the west. Use Strength to move the boulder and continue along the path to find a Backpacker.
Pick up the Dragon Scale to the northwest (will evolve Seadra into Kingdra if held while trading). Return to the beack and go up some stairs. Go west and south to the thin grass ridge to find HM05 (Waterfall) at the end. It is a decently-powerful Water-type move that, out of battle, you can use to climb waterfalls.
Return north and climb up the nearby stairs. Battle the Veteran at the top and then go east to another staircase. Descend and Surf eastward to some more currents. Take the middle one to go to P2 Laboratory.
P2 Laboratory

When you land, go into the nearby building and grab the Dubious Disc. A Porygon2 will evolve into Porygon-Z if it holds this while it's traded. Leave the lab and go south to find a Scientist. Go to the southwest to find a TM24, Thunderbolt, an Electric-type move of 95 Power that may paralyze.
Now, go back into the water and Surf between the north-going current and the east-going current you'll soon come upon a Swimmer. After the battle, go south from the little rock by the Swimmer and AVOID CONTACT WITH THE CURRENTS, then go west to find another battle-able Swimmer.
Continue west, avoiding the currents, and you'll find a beach. Pick up the Heart Scale on its southern end. Fight the Battle Girl on here and go up the northern stairs, then west through the grass, to TM19, Telekinesis. It will make the target immune to Ground moves, but all non-OHKO moves will have a 100% chance of hitting throughout the next three turns.
Our next destination is Wellspring Cave. Fly to Striation City.
Striation City
Heal up your Pokemon if needed, then exit to the west onto Route 3.

Go west and Surf to the west side to find an Elixir. Follow the path to the southeast and you'll find an Escape Rope. Go to the southeasternmost corner and you'll find some stairs. Descend.
<= B1F =>
Now's a REALLY good a time to say you'll want to use Flash to light up the cave.
Anyhow, go northeast to the water and Surf across to find TM47 (Low Sweep) in the southeastern corner. Return to the main path and go north to find a Black Belt and two Battle Girls.
Defeat all three and go north, up the stairs. Go west to find a Dive Ball (works better with Pokemon found via Surfing/Fishing), then go east to find a Mystic Water. Continue northward to find some more water. Surf north on it to find some more stairs. Ascend them to find TM52 (Focus Blast).
Use your Escape Rope to go back aboveground, then Fly to Driftveil City.

Again, heal up if needed. Now, try to get as many Ultra Balls as you possibly can -- we're going for the legendary this time! Also try to bring a Pokemon that can put non-harmful statuses on the Pokemon (eg. Sleep, Paralysis). You will also want to bring a Surfer and someone who can use Flash, as well as someone who can use Strength.
Go west to Route 6.

When you enter, use Flash and then go south. You'll find a Strength boulder. Push it to the right twice, and then down trice. Go south and up the stairs, then east to battle a Hiker. Defeat him and continue east. Push the Strength boulder into the hole. Walk over it and north, going up the stairs to battle another Hiker.
Go east now and you'll find a Max Repel. Go northwest of the Hiker (Clarke) to find a Hyper Potion. Then go west of the Hiker and push the boulder into the hole to create a shortcut to the cave entrance. Ascend the stairway southwest of the Hiker to reach 2F.
<= 2F =>
Go down the stairs to the east, then go south to find a Strength boulder. Push the boulder to the east and into the hole. Use the Dowsing MCHN and you should find an Ultra Ball and Hyper Potion nearby. Go up the stairs to the north, then go east to find some more stairs.
Go along the south path and you'll be able to grab a Hard Stone (Rock-type moves of the holder are 20% more powerful); go north to find TM80 (Rock Slide). Return to the big boulder and push it to the west and into the hole. Go west to find another boulder, which is a shortcut to the floor's beginning.
Head upstairs to the third floor.
<= 3F / Guidance Chamber =>
Go west from the floor entrance to find a Revive. Then go east to find an old man. Listen to his story of Cobalion, Virizion, and Terrakion.
After you regain control, go north of the old man by walking around the stairs to find a Dusk Stone. Go southeast and use the Dowsing MCHN to find an Ultra Ball. Go up the stairs near the old man and then go northwest, descending the two staircases. You'll find a Rare Candy and a Carbos (use the Dowsing MCHN for the latter). Push the Strength boulder into the hole in to your south, and then do the same to the other boulder.
Walk up the stairs to the west. Follow the path around to a Pokemon. SAVE, and then "speak" with the Pokemon to begin to battle!

After the battle, you will be told that Virizion and Terrakion (Cobalion's "brothers") are waiting for you.
Exit the cave however you want. Then Fly to Nacrene City.
Nacrene City
Heal your Pokemon at the Pokemon Center. Then buy some more Ultra Balls.
If you have a Cover/Plume Fossil from earlier when you went to the Desert Resort's Relic Castle, take them over to the Museum. Speak with the guy at the counter and give it to him. Leave and re-enter to get a Lv. 20 Tirtouga or Archen, if you have a free party slot.
Then exit to the northwest.

Go into the gap and into the grass nearby (it was blocked earlier by an old man). Walk east to find two staircases. Go down and along the northern set's path to find a Hyper Potion. Continue northward to find the entrance into Rumination Field.
In the Rumination Field, you'll find a Pokemon there. This is Virizion, one of "brothers", so to speak, of Cobalion. SAVE, and "speak" with the Virizion to battle.

After the battle, exit the Field.
We're not done yet. Return to the dual-staircases and take the southern set. Follow the path to the southeast to find TM22 (SolarBeam). This Grass-type move is very powerful; however, it takes one turn to charge up, unless the weather is Sunny.
Head back go west across the water. Surf under the bridges to the west and you will eventually hit land. At the top of the nearby stairs, you'll find a SilverPowder (the holder's Bug-type moves are 20% more powerful).
THIS ENDS THE BIG OPTIONAL SECTION. NOW, YOU NEED TO FLY BACK TO ICIRRUS CITY AND RESTORE YOUR POKEMON AT THE POKEMON CENTER THERE. THEN HEAD NORTH TO THE DRAGONSPIRAL TOWER.

As you go north to the Dragonspiral Tower, you'll find Bianca. She and Cedric will stop you, saying Team Plasma broke through the wall. You are then given the Old Gateau, an item originally from D/P/Pt that functions like a Full Heal. Go north through the passageway.
As you go, Surf east and you'll find an Ace Trainer on the land, with TM63 (Embargo) to the northeast. Pick it up after defeating the Trainer, then go north to battle another Ace Trainer.
Return to the Tower and go in.
<= 1F =>
Follow the path north and east to go up to 2F.
<= 2F =>
Take a few steps forward and Cheren will tell you that you can walk on the fallen columns. Walk on the west side of the one in front of you and you can find a Strength boulder. Push it. East of the boulder, under a column, you'll be able to grab a Hyper Potion.
Using Strength or the columns, get to the western doorway and pick up the Stardust south of the stairs. Then go to 3F.
<= 3F =>
Go up the stairs. You'll find some of those one-way ledges like those in the Bell Tower of HG/SS. Hop over the first one. Take the bottommost one and go left two, up on the next one, then up twice, right once, up once, right once, and grab the Shiny Stone.
Repeat this, and then go to the stairs path, which ought to be obvious by now. To 4F!
<= 4F =>
On this floor, you'll find Cheren and Brycen holding off some of the Grunts. Not all, though. Battle the two individual ones to the south, then go up the western stairs and battle another Grunt. Ascend the next staircase and go north for another battle, then ascend the northern stairs and go east to find another Grunt to battle.
Go down the eastern stairs to find a Dragon Fang (the holder's Dragon moves are 20% more powerful). Go upstairs to 5F.
<= 5F =>
Walk right and cross the first platform. Go left to another; cross it. There will be a Star Piece before the ledge. Go over the ledge and right to a wall. Cross the two platforms here and go left to find a Stardust. Go up over the two platforms, walk left, and then up to the central walkway.
Go right and over the ledge. Go down and over the platform, then left and use another platform. Go right to find a Revive, then go back left and use the next down walkway. Use the nearby stairs to find 6F.
<= 6F =>
Follow the path north and you'll find a Max Elixir. Go west and you'll find Giallo, one of the Team Plasma Seven Sages. He shall command the four Grunts nearby to battle you one by one. (It is six Pokemon total, each Lv. 32 - 34.)
After the battle, go south and up the staircase.
<= 7F =>
Walk along the platform and you'll find N standing before a white being (Reshiram, in White) or a black being (Zekrom, in Black). This is the legendary Dragon-type Pokemon N spoke of back in Mistralton. He says that you are destined to meet the other Dragon, and then he and Reshiram/Zekrom will Fly away.
Cheren and Brycen will appear and take you outside of the Tower with Bianca and Cedric. Alder will show up, telling you to head to Relic Castle.
Begin by Flying to Nimbasa City.

As you try to enter, Cheren will come and tell you that Alder already is inside. Go in yourself.
<= 1F =>
Go around to the northwestern corner of the room. Speak with the nearby Backpacker to get a Fossil if you didn't already, then go down the stairs to the south.
<= B1F =>
Ryoku (another Team Plasma Sage) will be at the bottom of the stairs. He will tell you that Ghetsis will want to test your strength again. Walk further along and battle and defeat the Grunt. Then go into the quicksand pit's center and down.
<= B2F =>
After you fall, go south to find a Max Potion. Then go northwest to battle a Grunt. WALK over the quicksand to the west (and not over the center) and go past it to the south, and you'll find another Grunt to battle.
WALK past the quicksand to find TM30 (Shadow Ball), a decent Ghost-type move that may lower Special Defense (of the target). Now, fall through the quicksand.
<= B3F =>
Go west to battle a Grunt. Then go southwest of him to find a Max Revive. Go further west to battle another Grunt, then grab the PP Up to her west. Go down the nearby quicksand pit.
<= B4F =>
Hop down this ledge and you'll be able to grab the Sun Stone to the east. You will need to backtrack back here.
When you return, go west and battle each of the two Grunts, then go into the nearby quicksand pit after they lose.
<= B5F =>
When you land, you find Cheren will land behind you. You'll be called over to Alder and Ghetsis will restate the intention of Team Plasma. He then leaves and three of you exit.
When you do, you get a Xtransceiver call from Professor Juniper. She tells you that you must immediately go to the Nacrene Museum. Sounds like something is up.
Fly to Nacrene City.
Nacrene City
When you arrive, heal your Pokemon at the Pokemon Center and head over to the Museum/Gym.
There, you'll find Alder, Bianca, Cedric, and Professor Juniper out in front. Lenora soon leaves the Museum and reveals the purpose of Team Plasma's earlier attempted-theft of the Dragon Skull -- they were looking for the Light Stone, which can be used to resurrect one of the legendary Unova Dragons. You'll be given the Light Stone and told by Alder to go to Opelucid City due to the fact the Drayden/Iris (depending on the version, of them is a Gym Leader; Drayden for Black, Iris for White) may have some more info.
Fly to Icirrus City.

Route 8 is affected by winter. During those months, instead of being able to simply walk over the ice, you'll slide, like in the Cold Storage. Just FYI.
Go northeast of the route entrance and you'll be able to battle a Pokemon Ranger. He will give you a Pecha Berry for winning. Go north of him and you can grab the Poison Barb (the holder's Poison-type moves do 20% more damage). Go northeast of the Ranger to find TM36, Sludge Bomb, a decent Poison-type move with a 30% chance of poisoning the target.
Go across the lake and to the southeast and battle the Parasol Lady. Go to the east and pick up the Full Heal, then northeast to battle a Pokemon Ranger, who also gives you a Pecha Berry upon winning. To the northwest of the Ranger, you will find an Ultra Ball.
Go through the entrance in the trees to find the Moor of Icirrus.

As with Route 8 and Icirrus City, the water puddles are frozen over during the winter months and you will slide on them like the ice in the Cold Storage. Anyhow, go east when you enter and battle the Fisherman. Go north of him and between the trees to find a Max Revive, which is, unfortunately, inaccessible during winter.
Anyhow, go northeast of the Fisherman to find a Pokemon Ranger. Defeat her to get a Sitrus Berry.
Return to the entrance and, this time, head north. You'll soon find a stump and a nearby fallen tree. Go north to find, by the lake, a Max Potion. Go east of it to find a Pokemon Ranger for battling, who also yields a Sitrus Berry upon defeat.
Go northeast of the Ranger to find a Max Elixir. Return south to find a Strength boulder to the northwest of the Moor entrance. Move it and grab the Ultra Ball to the west of the boulder. Go to the south side of the lake and you can find a Carbos, to the east of which you can battle a Parasol Lady (except during winter).
That'll be it; return to the entrance and back onto Route 8.

From the Moor entrance, go southwest and around the trees to find a path to go eastward on. Take it and speak with the Parasol Lady nearby to earn TM42, Facade, a move that doubles in power if the user is Burned, Poisoned, or Paralyzed.
Go northeast to battle the two-Basculin Fisherman, and further northeast and near the trees to find a Parasol Lady.
Then go behind the sign nearby to find a Parasol Lady that will give you a rock once per day:

After this battle, you'll receive a Full Restore, which fully heals the Pokemon's HP and cures it of any negative status. Walk east onto the Tubeline Bridge.
Tubeline Bridge
On this bridge, you'll find no Pokemon or items, save one. Speak with the Battle Girl walking around on the bridge. You'll be given TM43, Flame Charge. This Fire-type move deals damage and raises the user's speed.
Keep walking forward and you'll see Ghetsis in the distance. Go further and you will be pushed to him by the Shadow Triad. Ghetsis will make a long speech about how you and N should battle to determine the true hero. *yawn*
Go forward onto Route 9.

As you enter Route 9, a baseball player will notice you and throw TM59, Fling, at you. This item will throw the user's item at the opponent to deal damage; however, the item is then lost after using it.
Continue east to battle a Biker, then go into the northeastern grass to battle a Roughneck. Go east of the Route 9 sign to find and double battle a Biker and Roughneck.
Then continue northward into the Shopping Mall Nine. Unlike the Dept. Stores of the previous games, this is a shopping mall on a Route. It will sell the various medical items on 1F; the mail and TMs on 2F; and stat-raising items (both for battle-only and the vitamins) on 3F. You can also battle four trainers here - one on 1F, one of 2F, and two on 3F. You can also get a Thunderstone from the 3F Worker. Go to the basement and east of the nearby Janitor to find a PP Up.
Finish you business and go southeast of the mall to battle the Biker, then go to the vending machines to battle a Roughneck.
Then go south and past the fence. Follow this path and you'll find a HP Up, and then a Full Restore to the southeast. There will be a cave nearby, Challenger's Cave. This cave cannot be entered until you complete the game. Therefore, go back to the main path and walk east into Opelucid City.
Opelucid City

As you enter the City, you'll find Alder. He'll take you to a speech Ghetsis and Team Plasma are making, pretty much the same stuff as usual.
After this, Alder takes you to Drayden and Iris and informs them that N plans to have you and him (N) to battle Reshiram and Zekrom. He then leaves to the Pokemon League, as that is N's next destination. Drayden will agree to tell you the story of Reshiram and Zekrom in his house; follow Iris there. There, they tell you the story of these two legendary Pokemon. Then Drayden (in Black) or Iris (in White) will go and wait for your Gym Challenge. (Yeah, this is quite literally a first in the series.)
Go to the second floor of Drayden's house. Speak with the Linebacker to get the Float Stone (holder's weight is halved, which can decrease the damage from weight-based moves like Grass Knot), then the girl on the other side of the table to get the Ring Target, which nullifies the holder's immunities. For example, if Litwick holds it, it can be hit with Normal and Fighting moves, or Pawniard can be hit with Poison and Psychic moves. Typically, this seems only useful for selling. However, convsider that the move Trick can switch the held items of the user and target. (I wonder if this works against Pokemon, like Shedinja, that have Wonder Guard...?)
*coughs* Anyhow, go outside and southeast to the Pokemon Center. Heal up and do whatever other business you have. Go to the leftmost street and into the house there. Speak with the old man on the lower floor to get a prop for the Musical Theater daily.
Leave that house and go into the house due north of the Pokemon Center. On the first floor, you can be told by the girl whether your Pokemon has all 512 EV points (EVs help to determine stat growth; however, a Pokemon can only have 512 overall in all six stats). Go upstairs next. If you speak with the guy there and show him a Pokemon that knows Charge from the opposite version (you have to show him a White Pokemon in Black, and vice versa), you will get a Cell Battery (one-time Attack boost if hit by an Electric move).
Leave and go into the house to the west of the Rotation Battle House. Speak with the person on first floor to find a Destiny Knot (if the holder is hit with Attract, the user also is).
That'll be it. Make sure you have a healed party and go into the northwesternmost building to find the Gym.
Leave and go north into the Rotation Battle House. Here, you can have Rotation Battles. The guy near the door will explain them if need be. You can battle the two trainers (one on the lower floor; one on the upper floor) once daily.
Opelucid Gym

The Opelucid City Gym trains Pokemon that are primarily of the Dragon type. These Pokemon are weak only to Dragon- and Ice-type moves. They, if just Dragon, have a single type-based advantage: against Dragons. The only Pokemon that can resist a Dragon attack is the Steel-type; thusly, don't expect to take 1/4 damage. It will be great to have some kind of Ice or Dragon type here.
Anyhow, go forward and speak with the white-haired guy to earn your last free Fresh Water. Then go north and battle the Ace Trainer. Go south and east along the path until you find a dragon's tail path. Go on up through it and you will soon find a walkway to the east with an arrow facing that way. Go along it to find and battle an Ace Trainer.
Defeat her and hop down the western edge and you'll change the walkway a bit - the head now curves to the west. Go up to the dragon's head and into another path. Defeat the Ace Trainer along this path and hop down the eastern ledge. The dragon's head is now straight ahead and high.
Go up the head and along the near path, defeating the Ace Trainer as you go. Continue along the path and you will soon find a second dragon. Hop down onto the right-arm switch. Go to the center of the dragon and go down the ledge, onto its back. Continue along the path to find a Veteran.
Defeat him and go west and along the path. You will find a ledge to the left switch. Hop down to make the dragon's head lower. Go along to the head and go down the stairs to find and battle an Ace Trainer. Afterwards, go south and west. Hop over the ledge and onto the back. Follow the path along the back and around to the same switch; the dragon's head will now curve to the west.
Go along the path to the head and you'll find another Ace Trainer. Then go east onto the switch to have the head curve to the east. Go south to the head and east to the tail, behind Veteran Hugo. Go along the tail and along the east path to another Veteran.
Then go north and over the ledge, then west to to the ledge near the right arm. Hop onto the heightened and straightened head and you'll find Drayden or Iris - it won't matter, they use the same Pokemon. Speak with him/her to begin.

And finally, you have obtained the eighth and last badge of the Unova region, the Legend Badge. From here on out, all Pokemon, regardless of trading, will obey you without question. You will also be given TM82, Dragon Tail, a Dragon move that deals damage and switches out the target (or, in the wild, the battle will end).
Use the nearby teleporter to return to the entrance and exit.
