Pokemon Black/White Walkthrough - The Rest
Nuvema Town
After resuming your file after beating Ghetsis, you'll be back in your bedroom in Nuvema Town. (Looks like your mom fixed that mess!) Go downstairs and you will find (eventually) Looker, a member of the International Police that is found often in Pokemon Platinum Version. He came to the Unova regaion to investigate on Team Plasma, but you already disbanded them! However, the Seven Sages reside in Unova still -- Looker requests you help him find them. He will also give you the Super Rod.
Go outside and you'll meet Cheren and Bianca. Cheren tells you that Ghetsis managed to escape his and Alder's clutches thanks to the Shadow Triad. Bianca then says she might decide on going to Black City or White Forest.
Cedric will then leave the Pokemon Lab and upgrade your Pokedex to the National Dex, which can document all 649 Pokemon in existence. Bianca and Cheren will then head off.
Now, we, for the moment, will try to ignore the fact we need to look for the Seven Sages. We will explore the other areas of Unova now. Be prepared for a HUGE level increase in the Trainers you fight -- they all (or mostly) have Pokemon of Lv. 60+. So... yeah.
Fly to Opelucid City.

When you arrive, go east to battle a Backpacker (that happens to be French). Go to his northwest and you can find a Hyper Potion in the grass. Return to the main road and go east. Battle the Pokemon Ranger on the bridge. She'll give you a Leppa Berry after the battle. (Leppa Berries heal 10 PP for a move when used immediately, or whenever it hits zero and is being held.)
Now, if you have Waterfall on a Pokemon, go up the waterfall to the north. You can find a Max Revive to the west, and TM50 (Overheat) to the east. Go back to the bridge and east past a trailer to another French backpacker.
Now, if you Surf onto the stream to the south and go down the Waterfall to the east, you can battle a Pokemon Ranger (who also gives you a Leppa Berry). There will also be a Protector (evolves Rhydon into Rhyperior when held during a trade) nearby.
That'll be it. Return to higher ground and go east of the second Backpacker to arrive on the Village Bridge.

(I assume you understand the first two lines of "Trainers' Pokemon" belong to the same Trainer, right?)
When you arrive, go north, ignoring the bridge and the southern path, and you will find a vending machine and a guitar player.
If you go south, you'll find a School Kid (with 6 Lv. 60s). To the east of her is Koontz. If you examine the nearby trash can, you'll find a Leftovers (the holder gains 1/16, or 6.25%, of its max HP at each turn's end). Go north and underneath the bridge, then Surf east to find a Calcium. Return to and go east of Koontz to find an Ultra Ball.
Further east of the Ultra Ball, on the other side, is a Scientist to battle, with a Baker further to the east. After this battle, you can speak with him and you will take the order of the four nearby customers and give them their orders. If you do it perfectly, you'll get a Lum Berry (heals all statuses when used; will do so automatically when held). This can be done once every day.
Get onto the bridge now and look at the three eastern houses. The first of them has a club, the Hip Waders. Join and show him the desired Pokemon to get Dive Balls. The house to the east has a girl inside that will leave with her four Patrat; you'll see them later on. The easternmost house has a lady that will, for free, heal your Pokemon.
That'll be it - head east onto Route 12.

As you enter, you'll see an item on the other side of the fence; this is a Full Heal. Go northeast of the gatehouse to find and battle a Pokemon Breeder, who gives you a Sitrus Berry for winning. Then go southeast to find TM53, Energy Ball; it is a Grass-type move that damages and may lower the target's Special Defense.
Go southeast to battle a School Kid (who has trained the Weedle evolutionary chain) and further southeast to find another Pokemon Breeder (who also will give you a Sitrus Berry). Go to the northeast next and grab the Revive.
Go to the gatehouse between Route 12 and the Village Bridge, then go to the southeast to find two Backers. Go further southeast to find and battle another School Kid.
That's it for here -- go east into Lacunosa Town.
Lacunosa Town
Nothing much to do here. I think you can find a Revive somewhere in this town using your Dowsing MCHN; not sure, though.
Go into the Pokemon Center and heal your Pokemon. Speak with the girl on the first floor of the Pokemon Center -- if you bring her a LEGITIMATE Shaymin (I think the use of the Japanese D/P Surf Glitch is allowed, as is tweaking; AR hacking is a no-go), she will give you the Gracidea, which allows you to switch your Shaymin between its Land Forme (what you see when you caught it) and Sky Forme (featured several times in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky).
You can also speak with the girl upstairs to learn what party you used when you defeated each of the Unova Gym Leaders.
That's it -- exit east onto Route 13.

From Lacunosa Town, go east to find and battle a Lass. Go south and Cut down the tree to be able to get a Max Ether. Go further south to the trees to find and battle a Youngster. Go south and you'll find a Lass with a Wingull. Speak with her to learn it lost three Grams on Route 13. If you return them all, you can get a TM.
Go south for now and battle the Artist on the bridge. Go further south and grab the two items, Razor Claw and Gram 2. Return north and head to the west and down the stairs. Go through the grass and onto the beach to battle a Fisherman. Go northeast and speak with the old man to get Gram 1.
Now, you may notice that you are able to Surf around the rocks here. This path will lead to Kyurem, an Ice/Dragon type legendary Pokemon that is quite possibly the Rayquaza to Kyogre and Groudon... Don't get the analogy? How about the Giratina to Dialga and Palkia? Still no? What I am trying to say is that Kyurem is likely to be the mascot of the expansion-version of Black/White.
Anyhow, we will go up that path in just a moment. For now, go south to battle a Fisherman. Yeah, it's that one -- the one with 6 high-level Magikarp, which are useless despite this. Go further south to battle a Parasol Lady. Go even further to find another one; just speak with her to get Gram 3. If you go back to the Lass and the Wingull and speak with the Lass, you can now get TM89, U-turn (a Bug-type move that switches the user out with another after a hit).
Go back to the beach and southward to the umbrella. Go west here and speak with the guy in the suit. He'll give one of many items, but only once a day. I have been given various evolution items (eg. Reaper Cloth, DeepSeaTooth, Metal Coat) and others (eg. Big Pearl, Lucky Egg, Stick). Go into the house nearby to have a Pokemon learn a certain move...
Fully-evolved starter Pokemon can learn certain moves. Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, Torterra, and Serperior can learn the Grass-type move Frenzy Plant. Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, Empoleon, and Samurott can learn the Water type move Hydro Cannon. Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, Infernape, and Emboarcan learn the Fire-type move Blast Burn. These moves are of 150 Power, but, if you count the STAB that occurs, it is 225 Power. This can become a 900 Power move if it hits something multi-typed with both types being weak to it. And, of course, it becomes 1080 Power then with the proper item equipped. Yeahhhh!!! However, this move will require a one-turn rest period after it hits.
Anyhow, exit and Surf to the north and go west. You'll find a house; speak with the Veteran inside to get the Splash and Draco Plates. These boost the power of certain move types, as well as changes the typing of Acreus, when held. You'll also learn that the other Plates are in the Abyssal Ruins near Undella Town.
Return to the main beach and Surf east to find a DeepSeaScale, which can raise Clamperl's Special Defense, and evolve into Gorebyss when held during trading. There is also a Fisherman to the southeast of the item you can battle.
Return to the main beach and go south. Battle another Fisherman and then go east along the thin path and you'll find a Black Belt you can also battle. Return west, then south, to find some staircases. Go west and up to be able to get TM29 (Psychic), if you can use Strength. The southeastern set, past the tree you need Cut to cut down, has an Electirizer (evolves Electabuzz into Electivire if held while traded).
Return to the main path and east to find some Twins to battle, then further east to battle a Gentleman, then south to find a Socialite.
Now, to the southeast, you can go to Undella Town. However, I will next cover the Giant Chasm. Return to the old man that gave you Gram 1. Surf east and then north. Go up the staircase you'll find, grabbing the Prism Scale. (This evolves Feebas into Milotic when traded. This evolution used to require a high Beauty stat for Pokemon Contests; since the Contests are now gone, this is the new method.) At the stairs' apex, push the boulder into the hole to provide a shortcut to this area in the future. Go north to the Giant Chasm.
Giant Chasm

<= Outside Area =>
Go west, descend the stairway, and go into the Chasm entrance.
<= Caverns =>
Go forward and along the western path. Go clockwise and, if you use Strength to get at the items, you'll find two Star Pieces and a Comet Shard. You'll also be able to find several Tiny/Big Mushrooms around by using the Dowsing MCHN.
When you reach the water, take the water on the west and take off to the west when possible. Push the boulder into the hole and due west -- ignore the ledge. Go down the western stairs and you'll find yourself by an exit. Go through.
<= Inner Forest =>
Go west and grab the Max Elixir, then north to find a Max Potion. Go over the western ledge and go northeast to find a Revive. Go southeast of the Revive to find a Carbos. Go east of the Carbos to find two east-going ledges; go to the bottom one and you'll be able to find TM13, Ice Beam, a GREAT Ice move (95 Power, 100% accuracy, 10% chance of Freezing the target). Go southeast of these ledges to find a Full Heal.
Continue to the southeastern corner of the area to find a Max Revive. To its northwest is TM03, Psyshock. Don't use the southwestern ledge... Instead, go northwest of TM03 to find a north-going ledge. Hop over and head east. You will find a pond that has apparently evaporated.
A Pokemon then loudly cries as you approach and a blizzard starts up. All of the trees and rocks and so on will disappear (or get buried). Don't worry, you are still in the Giant Chasm! Go to the northeast and you will find a cave entrance that would have been blocked otherwise. Go inside.
<= Caverns - Central Cavern =>
To your north, you will find Kyurem. SAVE and "speak" with Kyurem to begin.

Go to the Pokemon Center and heal your Pokemon. Speak with the man inside to get the Prism Scale (if held by Feebas during a trade, it evolves into Milotic). Go outside and speak with the girl to the west. You'll get HM06, Dive. It is an okay Water-type move that has you dive underwater on the first turn and attack on the next (a Water-type Dig). In the field, you'll be able to dive down into the sea, a feature that skipped ALL FIVE GAMES of Gen. IV. (But it was in Gen. III!)
Go into the house to the north and you'll find Cynthia, the Elite Four's Champion of the Sinnoh region. She has a party somewhat like her party from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, though there are a couple of Gen. V additions. Speak with her to battle... She's tough, though... Very. Tough.

During summer, go inside the westernmost house to trade your Cinccino for a Munchlax. This is a good idea, as Munchlax is tough to find in D/P/Pt and is probably non-existant in HG/SS.
The westernmost building is the Riches house. Go to the northeast of it to find a Big Nugget. Speak with the boy to the south to battle him. He'll take you into the villa. The next day, if you battle this kid, another person is to be battled immediately afterwards. And so on, until you get six battles in a row with 21 Pokemon total ranging from Lv. 61 to 65. Yeah. That's good EXP., and cash.
The guy in the western room will buy the Relic items you find in the Abyssal Ruins. There are quite a few. Taking them altogether, you'll be able to obtain more than a million Pokedollars!!!!
That's it here -- Surf east into the Undella Bay.

Well, you can battle the six Trainers here. You can also Dive underwater to the Abyssal Ruins!

There is a map of the place on GameFAQs. Just go there -- it can't be that hard to find.
After 500-ish steps, you'll be ejected to Undella Bay.

On a side note, if you have YOUR Thunderus/Tornadus and the other traded from another version, bring them so you can catch Landorus! (You will also need to bring a Pokemon with Surf and Waterfall.)

Coming from Undella, go south and battle the Fisherman. Go to the west and use Waterfall to go on up. Grab the nearby Ultra Ball and then go southwest to find the Reaper Cloth (Dusclops will evolve into Dusknoir if this is held during its trade). Go west and scale the waterfall. Speak with the nearby Team Plasma Sage, Giallo, to get TM08 Bulk Up. Looker soon takes him away.
Go west to battle a Hiker, then go down to find that the entrance to the Abundant Shrine is to the west. Let's go there now...

When you enter, go up the staircase and west around the grass. Inside this house is a man who will tell you about the legendary Pokemon, Landorus. Go back outside and west past the water; you'll find TM35, Flamethrower (Fire-type move with 95 Power, 100% accuracy, and a chance of Burning the target). Return to the house and go north up the stairs to battle a Youngster.
Go east now to find a Hyper Potion. Head to the north of it to find a Lass. Defeat her and return to the Youngster and go west to find a Razor Fang (can evolve Gligar into Gliscor if held at night while Gligar levels up). Go up the stairs to battle another Lass, and then northeast to battle a Youngster.
Go southeast of the Youngster to find a Rare Candy. Then walk up the stairs to find a shrine.
Now, you must have Tornadus and Thundurus in your party. ONE OF THEM MUST BE FROM YOUR SPECIFIC GAME FILE (TORNADUS IN BLACK; THUNDURUS IN WHITE) AND THE OTHER MUST HAVE BEEN TRADED FROM ANOTHER GAME. THEY CANNOT BOTH HAVE BEEN TRADED FROM A DIFFERENT GAME. Save, interact with the shrine, and Landorus will appear.

After exiting the Abundant Shrine, head east and battle the Ace Trainer. Go over the eastern ledge and go down the waterfall. Battle the Black Belt you will find nearby, then go south to find a Backpacker, then go west and up the staircases for an Ace Trainer.
That's it -- go south and you'll arrive in Black City or White Forest.

When you arrive, there should be little other than a Pokemon Center. You may as well heal up inside.
Now, to change the city, you'll need to visit someone's Pokemon White Version via Entralink. Select "Wireless" then "Entralink" from the C-Gear. Then, from the Entralink, connect via wireless (not WFC) to the White Version. Visit their White Forest and speak with people and keep inviting them.
When you return to your Black City, battle the trainers. As you do and the marketplace appears, the items in the shop will change depending on who you have battled. The Trainers' Pokemon above lists the Trainers' parties and the items added to the marketplace after their defeat. (The top two on the list battle in Rotation; they don't affect the items ... I think.)
Exit west onto Route 15 when done.

White Forest is the area exclusive to Pokemon White Version. Here, you can find quite a few Pokemon from previous games that aren't anywhere in Unova (including Black Version). To catch these, you'll need to get people here.
Now, to get more Pokemon, you'll need to visit someone's Pokemon Black Version via Entralink. Select "Wireless" then "Entralink" from the C-Gear. Then, from the Entralink, connect via wireless (not WFC) to the Black Version. Visit their Black City and speak with people and keep inviting them.
Now, this will change your wild Pokemon that can be found in this area. The specific Pokemon added change by the Trainer. For the Pokemon info as it relates to the Trainers added, I must thank the GameFAQs user, Amph, for this info located below. It was copied straight from his FAQ/Walkthrough on GameFAQs and not changed in any manner.

Go down the stairs to the south. Push this Strength boulder south thrice, east once, south once, and east once. It'll get into the hole -- grab the Up-Grade nearby. (Evolves Porygon into Porygon2 if it's held while traded.) Go northwest to battle a Pokemon Ranger. Winning nets you a Sitrus Berry.
Go to the northwestern Strength boulder and push it west thrice, north twice, and east once. Go up the nearby stairs to a patch of grass that has TM09, Venoshock, in it.
Go west of the Pokemon Ranger to find a Battle Girl. Go to the staircase to the northwest and go to the end of the chasm to find a Max Revive. Go back to the Battle Girl and hop over the ledge to her west and battle the Pokemon Ranger, who also will give you a Sitrus Berry.
There are two ledges to the east. In the big rock between them, you can find an Ultra Ball (it's hidden). Go back to the Pokemon Ranger from earlier and up the stairs to the west. Battle the Pokefan nearby.
Go north to find a trainer. This trainer, Lillian, will give you a Rotom for a Ditto. This trade is insanely important -- back in D/P/Pt, you could only get a single Rotom per file without a trade. As you should know, Ditto are relatively common; in Unova, they are found around the Giant Chasm.
Then go east and into the building, the Poke Transfer Lab. Here, you will be shown to Professor Park. He will let you test out the machine. Here's what you need to know about the Poke Transfer System:
~ You will need two DS's. In one is your Pokemon Black/White game that you access the Poke Transfer with. The other contains a Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver game in the card slot. ~ Once this is achieved, start the connection from the Black/White DS. On the D/P/Pt/HG/SS DS, go to DS Download Play and use the option that pops up. ~ You will then select six -- no more or less -- Pokemon from the PC on the D/P/PT/HG/SS game card to bring over to Black/White. ~ They cannot know HM moves. ~ They cannot bring over items. ~ You, for some odd reason, are unable to bring over a Spiky-Eared Pichu. (There is honestly no excuse for this, as the Pokemon was released about a year or so before Black/White's release.)
Whenever you're done on Route 15, head west onto the Marvelous Bridge.
Marvelous Bridge

In the gatehouse between Route 15 and the Bridge, you can have a triple battle with the Ace Trainer.
On the bridge, if you spoke with the middle-eastern house girl on the Village Bridge, she and her Patrats will be here on the bridge. Speak with her to play a game. You must simply follow the Patrat that is told to have the Big Mushroom. Choose correctly to get said Big Mushroom. You can do this once per day.
As you approach the central part of the bridge, the Shadow Triad will appear. They will tell you that Ghetsis once saved their lives; as such, they decided to pay off the debt by becoming his loyal servants. They will hand you the Adamant, Lustrous, and Griseous Orbs. The Adamant Orb powers up the Dragon and Steel moves of Dialga when held; the Lustrous Orb powers up the Dragon and Water moves of Palkia when held; the Griseous Orb will change the Forme and power up the Dragon and Ghost moves of Giratina when held.
Further west, you'll encounter the thing you were waiting for for so long! A man will sell you the amazing Magikarp for a mere $500, so long as you have a free slot in your party. Why would you pass this up? Magikarps rule!
Seriously, though, you can buy a Magikarp. They are literally useless until they evolve into Gyarados.
So, yeah, we're done exploring the rest of Unova. Next stop is the Dreamyard! Fly to Striation City.
