After working hard for a long time, I've finally managed to get the BerryDex up. It shows a picture, a name, color, and description for all 43 Berries in Ruby and Sapphire. Check it out. It's still not completely done. To make it perfect, I'll need to add a few more finishing touches.
Nintendo has announced that they will be producing and distributing Pokemon TCG starting at the Ruby and Sapphire sets (sometime around June). Wizards had claimed earlier this week that their offer was acceptable, but wasn't accepted. Now we see why. "Since Nintendo already produces the Pokemon video games, it's a natural extension for them to distribute and market the trading card games," says Akira Chiba, president of Pokemon USA Inc. Hopefully, Nintendo will do as good of a job as Wizards did.
Currently, I don't have any idea of how well Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire is doing on the video game market. Hopefully, it's doing as well as Gold/Silver did way back then. For those of you who's already played or bought the game and need some help, I have great news. I have been re-writing the R/S Walkthrough to work out with the English version. I'm sure it'll help out a lot of people.
Since March 19th, PD has been getting over 1,000 unique visitors a day! That's a record breaker. Now let's not only hope that that keeps up, but will hopefully rise to at least 5,000 a day. Meanwhile, I'll be working hard around the site, of course.
I have recently discovered that the Pokemon Dream on T35.com just got back up, so this will be the temporary site for now. Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire have been released, and Pokemon Dream has the latest info! The walkthrough has been totally updated to match the English version. To find a list of all the English names, please go to the message board.
